  I love this location so much. I was greeted by a lady who was incredibly kind and caring. She approached me right away, stayed by my side, and asked exactly what I was looking for. She even selected and held the bath bombs I wanted for me I didn’t have to touch a thing. All I had to do was tell her what I wanted and tap my card. She was truly amazing, and I wish I had gotten her name. Her help made the experience so easy, and my sister was so happy.

  Long checkout, almost 10 mins just to pay, lady smashes the products as she scans them. I’d avoid this location. Update: quite a bit of snark from their response. They did in fact damage an item but couldn’t replace it as it was the last of due to the sale. Never mentioned a bath bomb.. Shows you their lack of customer service. As above, avoid this place..

  I’ve been a loyal Lush customer for years, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. While shopping for Christmas gifts, I asked the cashier a simple question at checkout: whether they carried male hygiene products. Her response was dismissive and rude — she replied “no, and we don’t care about genders here,” in a sharp tone that immediately shut down the conversation. I was genuinely taken aback. Asking about products typically marketed toward men should not be met with hostility. After that response, she continued pushing a beard oil product on me, despite having already made me uncomfortable. At that point, I had no interest in continuing the interaction. Inclusivity should mean welcoming questions, not reacting with irritation or attitude. If Lush promotes itself as an inclusive brand, customers should not feel judged or reprimanded for asking a reasonable, everyday question that the majority of shoppers would ask. This interaction felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and completely contrary to the values the brand claims to stand for. Very disappointing experience.

  I have only good things to say about Taz what a great lady! She helped us with everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We started off looking for a black rose bath bomb (they dont have singles anymore for anyone wondering) she found them in gift sets only we tried finding out if they will get them back ever she went to find out. She helped us get cashed out even had a little surprise at the end. What an amazing experience way to go. She deserves the praise!

  Always an enjoyable experience shopping at LUSH Crossiron. Hailey was extremely helpful, explaining the preservative vs preservative free lines and setting me up with the new “LUSH club” rewards program. I look forward to my next visit!
