  Amethyst D did an incredible job on my eyelashes. They looked so long, thick and beautiful. I have never had them done that way before and still can’t recreate the look myself haha. She’s super sweet. I’d recommend booking your makeup with her!

  Today March 6th, 2026 from 6pm-6:15pm I was looking into my list of things on the Sephora app; before coming in. As finding things online would help ahead of time when arriving. This staff Mila greeted me. And I was just coming off work with carrying a backpack, but it’s payday. So I wanted to get the things I wanted that I’ve saved up for. I asked about the brow kit that I was looking into and asked where it would’ve been in the store rather than finding it myself. She showed me the area of Anastasia Products. And helped me find what I was looking for in a quick manner. - Thank you Mila! Also, I was browsing through the fragrance shelves for PRADA parfumes. And this other Staff Amethyst has helped me found what I was looking for and answered all my questions for the bottle sizes and price ranges. This staff also helped me quickly find it. And Amethyst Helped me pay for my things at a small counter corner in the store with a small digital device, gave me my receipt and gave me a warm farewell. I would highly recommend this location at bower mall, if you’re shopping for Sephora products. THE STAFF IS AMAZING! And quick, the HOSPITALITY WAS THE BEST experience! THE STAFF IS ON IT AT THIS LOCATION!! Well done!

  Great staff.. only problem is the red haired manager that stares you down everytime you come in here. She offers no help whatsoever, and got angry at me one time for “asking” for my receipt after my transaction. All the other staff are friendly and so helpful except for their manager! Sorry not sorry.

  Not your typical demographic that is going to comment. I am 68 years old and thought Sephora was for teens and younger women. I went in with my granddaughters and was welcomed so warmly. I looked at product I needed and an advisor came and offered help, steering me to products for mature skin. She was so kind and helpful. I will return and I felt young and a little sassy carrying my Sephora bag down the mall. Thank you Sephora team for making a "mature" lady feel great.
