The cashier made the process unnecessarily complicated, insisting on specific order numbers rather than simply looking up the account, which dragged the transaction out. I was dealing with a medical issue and severe anxiety at the time. At one point, when my symptoms worsened, she brought me a Kleenex, but she did so very rudely and continued to treat me like I was nothing. It was humiliating to feel judged while simply trying to complete a purchase. When I called later to complain, the same cashier answered and dismissed my concerns. The only reason I will return to this store is because of the male associate who wears glasses. He has helped me in the past and has always been fantastic—kind, sympathetic, and efficient at finding my wife's orders on the account without hassle. He represents the customer service this store should aim for, unlike the treatment I received today.
