  Not your typical demographic that is going to comment. I am 68 years old and thought Sephora was for teens and younger women. I went in with my granddaughters and was welcomed so warmly. I looked at product I needed and an advisor came and offered help, steering me to products for mature skin. She was so kind and helpful. I will return and I felt young and a little sassy carrying my Sephora bag down the mall. Thank you Sephora team for making a "mature" lady feel great.

  Me and my friend were helped by Aadi today. I’ve only known her for an hour, but I would die for her. Aadi was determined to help my friend find the perfect perfume for her wedding. We had looked for the perfect scent two times before with no success, but Aadi saved the day. She helped us for an hour and was sooooooo knowledgeable and passionate about her job. We tried over 20+ scents. At one point after we had left, my friend changed her mind and decided she preferred a different scent that we had sprayed on her hand and forgot what it was. We went back and after all the scents she showed us, just by smell she could tell us what the perfume was. This girl is a superhero. My friend was convinced she’d never find a scent she’d like before Aadi helped us. Whatever they’re paying Aadi, she deserves $10 an hour more. She also had us rolling on the floor laughing the entire time :)

  I just wanted to give a compliment to Brook, who worked really well with me. She had a lot of patience and really gave her time and effort. I appreciate all thought and time she put in to fitting my needs and going above and beyond. Sephora is lucky to have her there. I will definitely be back.

  I had such an amazing experience at Sephora with Julianna. I don’t usually get customer service like this, but she truly went above and beyond. I told her my budget and she stayed completely within it while walking around the store with me and showing me everything. She really matched my vibe, understood what I was looking for, and even recommended products I never would’ve thought of. She made the whole experience fun, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for her!
