- RLReynante LupangoFeb 5, 20261.0Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Great Clips. I clearly explained—slowly and politely—what haircut we wanted for my child and even showed a reference photo. Meren completely ignored everything I said. Instead of listening to the parent, she made a ridiculous and disrespectful comment saying, “Your son is the one paying.” My son is underage. I am the parent. I pay for everything. That comment alone shows how unprofessional and clueless she is. When I corrected her, she became visibly irritated, had an angry expression, and treated us with open hostility. No apology. No accountability. Just attitude. This woman should not be working with children or customers at all. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and zero respect. We felt uncomfortable and disrespected the entire time. I will never return to this location and strongly suggest others avoid it if they don’t want to be treated rudely and ignored.

I did not realize the extent of the shortening until I was home after. I was able to put on a pleasant face and still tipped, as the haircut is fine; its just not at all what I asked for and will take months of embarrassment to reach the length I specified both verbally and visually. Would not recommend at all and I deeply regret using their services.

She makes one comfortable, reassured, and gives a step by step dialog letting you know what she intends to do making sure you are in agreement. She also will ask for direction from managers to insure she is getting the perfect angle before cutting one hair wrong! She has a sweet Countenance making a trip to get a cut...into a lovely time. Oh yes! I'll be back and will bring some friends!
