She makes one comfortable, reassured, and gives a step by step dialog letting you know what she intends to do making sure you are in agreement. She also will ask for direction from managers to insure she is getting the perfect angle before cutting one hair wrong! She has a sweet Countenance making a trip to get a cut...into a lovely time. Oh yes! I'll be back and will bring some friends!

Tanya didn’t follow the instructions I gave her, and it felt like she was rushing through the haircut. At one point, she was tugging and pulling at my hair so roughly it was uncomfortable. To make things worse, I noticed she didn’t clean her equipment properly before using it on me, which felt very unhygienic. The final cut was uneven—my sideburns didn’t even match—and overall it looked careless. Between the lack of attention to detail, the rough handling, and the questionable cleanliness, I won’t be coming back here again.
