  Always such a treat popping into my favorite store. Staff is amazing, just friendly and helpful. So happy to have this store in town. The staff made the sales event so fun and exciting, the right music, ambiance was on point and had numerous members ready to help. I was able to get what I needed and the one item that's no longer in store was ordered without hassle by the cashier. Shout out to Annette who always puts a smile on my face.

  They only entertain certain race of people. I have never once been greeted, helped, or acknowledged while shopping. I was looking at employee there seeking help, anyone could easily understand from my body language. But she continued to chit chat with other employee. They should not JUDGE people and put efforts in customer service. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Athena did my daughter's makeup today for a trial run for grad photos... she was Beyond Pleasant and accommodating with my daughter who was really nervous about the whole experience my daughter left Sephora feeling confident...excited and beautiful thank you so so much!!!she explained to my daughter what she was doing as it was happening and what products she used! We purchased the glitter eye makeup she used and we definitely will be back for all the special moments upcoming this year

  Sephora continues to be our absolute go-to, and the customer service is truly unmatched. We always shop here because our daughter is extremely sensitive to products, and the staff are consistently patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in making sure we choose items that are safe and right for her. Every visit feels welcoming and stress-free. Most recently, when our daughter asked for a Sephora-themed party, they went above and beyond—helping us with bags for the loot bags and even centerpieces. They didn’t just meet expectations, they completely exceeded them. This level of care and generosity is rare and so appreciated. We highly recommend shopping here and saying hello to the incredible Nahshon who always makes the experience exceptional. Sephora truly sets the standard for outstanding customer service. ✨

  Very poor customer service from Chenni and Camile (not sure if I spelled their names correctly). Zero sense of how to talk to customers and to understand their needs.
