- ALA LMar 31, 20261.0I went in to return something, I already gave her my number and she was able to find it on my account and for some reason the cashier was asking how i bought the product and was asking for proof? I guess people who work here just like to profile someone based on what they wear. This is why i always shop sephora online, this kind of experience just ruins it for me everytime. If only returning via mail would be quicker then i won't have to deal with this. I guess you would only be treated nicely if you are put together and not on your sweats, To think that she is Asian too. Do better.

Staff Service was non-existent had to tap the door to get an attendant away from the entrance to even enter and did not help find item when described just stood chatting in a cluster.

I hadn’t been in Sephora in a while so I didn’t know what was new so I was just walking around checking out the products to see what I might be interested in before I talk to a team member. They did not appreciate that whatsoever. I took a seat at one of the mirrors, cause I was a little lightheaded and the staff member Madison came up to me and told me that that’s for paying customers only so I got up and left.

Everyone behind me was helped, but because I was at the head of the line I waited 4x longer than anyone else. This isnt customer service, it's selective selling. I don't support business that ignore customer needs. You've lost a loyal customer.
