    Terri at this Sephora location was so helpful and kind! There was a lip liner where the shade had been sharpened off since it was such a popular shade and she went through almost every shade to narrow down which one it was and she ended up finding it! There were like 20+ lip liners for this brand and like 15 of the shades packaging looked so similar to the one I wanted. I’m so happy she was able to help me find this lip pencil shade, I’m so so thankful that I got this lip pencil shade it matches my natural lip colour so well and I would not have ever found which shade it was without her help! Thank you Terri!! I’ll definitely be back

    One of my best Sephora experiences. Staff was very friendly & helpful when they had very little to go on lol Don't frequently shop Sephora but will use this location in the future!

    I had to leave the Sephora on south common because they didn’t have certain products I was looking for so when I came into this location, I got surrounded by like five people uncomfortably and I had to go to the front and ask them to grab my products because I just felt like I was being harassed and stocked. I almost walked out and you guys almost lost $400 but thanks to your beautiful gorgeous employee Emma. She deserves a raise she deserves all the best things. I hope you guys treat her right because I will only come back because of her kindness and her calm energy

    I was helped by a girl named Kay. She was wonderful. I'm a male and have little knowledge of skin care and she explained everything so clearly and was so helpful and knowledgeable of products and procedures. One of the best customer service I've experienced. Highly recommend her. Thank you.

    Dear Sephora Customer Service Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at the store last night at approximately 7:00 PM. When I arrived, the store appeared to be fairly busy, yet there was only one beauty advisor available on the floor assisting customers. I approached her to request a shade match for my foundation. She was very kind, professional, and did her best to assist me despite the situation. Throughout the process, she had to repeatedly step away to help other customers because she was the only advisor available on the floor. I truly appreciate the effort she made to ensure I still received help, and I would like to acknowledge that she handled the situation very professionally. However, it was clear that the store was significantly understaffed at that time. There was only one other employee standing at the cash register, and it appeared that he was not assisting customers on the floor even though multiple people needed help. As a result, the beauty advisor who was helping me had to manage several customers at once, which understandably made the experience difficult for both the staff member and the customers. This situation reflects a concern regarding staffing and management. It is not reasonable for one advisor to manage an entire floor during a busy period. I visit Sephora regularly, and unfortunately, experiences like this have been disappointing due to what seems to be insufficient staffing during peak times. I want to emphasize that the beauty advisor who assisted me did an excellent job under challenging circumstances, and she deserves recognition for her professionalism and effort. My concern is primarily with the store’s management and staffing decisions during busy hours. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience and working conditions for the staff in the future.
