  I had such a great experience at Sephora Windermere thanks to Ishita! She is so friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite the store being packed during the sale, she stayed calm and attentive, assisting multiple customers like a pro. She made my shopping experience so much better!

  Hope at the benefit brow bar gave me an amazing wax and tint! My brows are very light and she was able to darken and shape them so nice!

  ​I was excited to visit this location today, but I left feeling quite disappointed by the service. When I asked a staff member for help locating a specific product, the conversation immediately shifted to unsolicited critiques of my makeup. I was asked what concealer I was wearing, only for the employee to point out "creases" and insist I needed a specific Kiehl's cream to fix them. ​As a makeup artist myself, I’m well aware of how to prep skin, but I shouldn't have to defend my appearance while shopping. Creases are natural, and pointing out "flaws" is a poor way to offer assistance. I hope the team can focus more on being helpful rather than making customers feel self-conscious.

  As someone who works in cosmetics myself, I was really impressed with the service here, especially from Jasmine and Harjot. I already have my skincare and makeup routine down after working in cosmetics for so long, but I wanted to try something different. I approached them and they were honestly the sweetest. They took their time with me and it was fun seeing how someone else would do my makeup. The employees were not judgmental at all. I came in looking really rough lol because it was such a last minute decision, and they still treated me so kindly and took their time with me. Not that this should matter, but at some places that can mean different treatment, and that was definitely not the case here. Let me tell you, my makeup turned out so good. I got so many compliments from family and friends. They were sooo patient with me and never made me feel rushed, even though I definitely took up a lot of their time. Usually I prefer shopping alone because I don’t like feeling sales pressure, especially since I work in sales myself so I totally get how it can be. But they were genuinely so patient and helpful the whole time. Even my mom now wants to go back and see what kind of makeup they would suggest for her. My makeup was so good that my Face ID didn’t even recognize me lol. I really hope their manager recognizes them for their service. Thank you both so so much. This is definitely my preferred location now!
