One employee busying spraying perfume on herself and looking in the mirror. So unprofessional. This store deserves zero stars.

For the past six months, I’ve been searching for the perfect pumpkin/orange blush shade to suit my redhead complexion. I had only been able to find it in Sephora stores in Dubai and Paris, and unfortunately not here in Edmonton. Vanessa truly went above and beyond, she helped me find a very similar shade that suits me beautifully, and she also guided me to the perfect red lip liner. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. She has such a warm, welcoming smile and made my whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Sephora, for having such a wonderful team member. I hope Vanessa gets the recognition she deserves!

I trusted that and kept returning, only to hear the same thing over and over. No one ever mentioned there was a deadline or that I could miss out completely. Because of that, I ended up getting nothing. It’s honestly not even about the gift anymore—it’s the fact that I was repeatedly told to come back and then left with nothing. That’s frustrating, unfair, and really disappointing as a customer.
