She seemed to really care about the skin issues I mentioned, and gave me some great choices of products to try. I very much appreciate how sweet and helpful Leena was. I hope she is available again if I ever have more questions!

As soon as I had multiple items in my hand, I was offered a basket to carry them. Calley (I might be spelling her name wrong) helped me out and she was so sweet! She even went to the back just to find me a tester for something when it wasn’t on the floor. Great experience, thanks!

- DSDariia SlutskaApr 3, 20262.0Went to the store today, was looking for a face pallet, girl that seemed really nice helped me, don’t know the name, but she was wearing Benefit apron It looked like item was out of stock on the shelf and she said she’ll check(online said in stock and there is an option to pick up) She went around and came back to say that it’s still in transit which is not what inventory says 🤷🏻♀️ I left and decided to give them a call and check if someone else can help me, guy answered and checked in the back and it turned out they have bunch in the back) I came back and magically got the pallet I was looking for, it looks like some people who work there don’t really know what’s going on and don’t want to help out, it’s easier to say it’s in transit.
