    There are great shopping experiences, and then there are the rare moments that genuinely stay with you. My visit to Sephora was one of those moments, entirely because of someone extraordinary: Ginnie. From the very beginning, Ginnie approached me with a level of kindness and sincerity that immediately put me at ease. I came in with countless questions, honestly, more than most people would have the patience for, but she never once rushed me or made me feel like a burden. Instead, she leaned in with genuine care, answering each question thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with impressive expertise. What stood out most wasn’t just her knowledge, which was exceptional, but the way she made the entire experience feel personal. She listened. She understood. She guided me with a level of attentiveness that made me feel truly valued, not just as a customer, but as a person. Every recommendation she made felt intentional, and every explanation was clear and empowering. By the time I left, I didn’t just feel informed, I felt confident. And that kind of impact is rare. Ginnie is the kind of person who transforms a simple store visit into something memorable and meaningful. Her patience, warmth, and professionalism reflect the very best of what customer service should be. If this is the standard at Sephora, then it’s no wonder the brand stands out.     I had a good experience at Sephora thanks to Jennie. She was really kind and helpful, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to help me and answer my questions without rushing. To be honest, the other sales associates didn’t seem very helpful and were mostly busy chatting with each other, but Jennie really stood out with her great service. I’d definitely come back because of her.

    Just wanted to say that the staff at this location are so very sweet, and extremely helpful! But also wanted to give Sabaa a huge shout out for just being an amazing human being (and now bestie!!!) for helping do a scan and recommended some wonderful products for me that I was needing and that I'm oh so happy about! Thank you so so much! I'll definitely be back!

    For the first time, I had the worst experience at Sephora, despite how busy the staff usually is. I have never experienced assistance like this before. I went to Sephora at Southgate Mall today around 11:00 in the morning. It wasn’t busy. The sales assistant at the front told me they only had two staff members available (not sure exactly), but I told her it was okay and that I could wait coz I'm just there asking for help. Someone assisted me right away her name was Raj!. I requested a face scan to find the recommended foundation shades for my skin tone. She asked what foundation and shade I’m currently using. I told her I use Gucci 210N, and it looks like she is looking for something similar to the Estée Lauder shade. I then explained that I would prefer to do a scan to find the best match for my skin instead of just choosing an equivalent shade, because the one I'm using makes me look darker and I have very sensitive skin. Coz I don't want to spend that much again and I really want to buy the Estée Lauder I also told her even just give me the sample I'd rather try it at home. She responded like “I don't understand her point.” I could tell she wasn’t in a good mood to help me. Honestly, it felt like she was judging me maybe because of how I looked or how I was dressed, as if I couldn’t afford what I was looking for. I politely said, in a soft tone, “It’s okay, I’ll look next time.” and by that time she letting me do the face scan insisting that she would help me but by then I already felt uncomfortable. I repeated, “It’s okay, thank you. I’ll just check next time.” I told myself that next time, I would look for another assistant, or I would just go to Sephora West Edmonton and ask for Ms. Cinderella, because she truly helps me find the right products for my skin type and gives great advice. She is really good! She is always provided professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful service. I swear! While I was walking away, I saw in the mirror behind my back that Raj was looking at me with a very rude expression, almost like a “devil eye.” I got really upset. I went back and asked her what was wrong still politely, because I was simply asking for assistance. She started playing innocent, as far as I know Sephora has cctv! You may check from there It was very rude. Why work there if you don’t want to help customers or don’t like your job? Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable, judged, or disrespected. If someone does not want to help customers, they should not be working in customer service.
