Prisha was super amazing! She helped me out finding a whole face of makeup, she was honest, kind, very knowledgeable! It was busy in the store but made me feel like I was the only one that mattered! I will 100% be back for her!

Spent $450 at the Edmonton 19th street location and they made me pay .25 cents for a bag. I find that to be POOR business. Wonβt shop there again.
This was the first time I had a bad experience with Sephora and it is in this location. All of my previous visits have always been really nice, which is why this experience was so frustrating.
I asked for help looking for specific makeup for my daughter's dance. I thought it would be faster to ask an associate, as they know better than I but in the end I had to find it myself. ( I asked 2 different associate and they have the same answer -they don't know the specific numbers that matches for the specific names I mentioned.
I asked about a specific eyeshadow by name as it was given to us (blush and lipstick too) , but the staff told me that the name was old and they now only use numbers, and that the name I mentioned was already phased out and insist that all shadows are new shades. I asked them again if they knew the number that matched the eyeshadow name I was looking for , but they said again they only use numbers now and didn't know the number for the name. I later checked online and saw that Sephora's website actually shows both the shade name and the number, so I was surprised they couldn't look it up in the store when I can look it up in google.
I wish they tried to look it up and help I am pretty sure they have a better access for the names and numbers of certain products.
I was able to get all what I needed eyeshadow, lipstick and blush all by myself.
