  I walked in hoping I could get some birthday samples to try out a new routine and ohhh my gosh! I’m so delighted that I was helped by two ladies - one of them (I did not get her name unfortunately) really took the time to understand and ask me in detail about what scents I’m interested in, the type of hair I have, etc, to really get me with the right product. One of the products she suggested I was quite hesitant on but she assured me it’s different in the shower- the wasabi deep cleaning shampoo I believe. Tried that and I’m so glad she suggested it! After that I was helped by another radiating staff member named Kenzie! She’s so bubbly and energetic and fun, really made the experience warm and inviting and off the bat she gives bestfriend vibes. I told her about how I look forward to this sample routine and then she went out of her way to give me even more samples to try, it was the sweetest thing. I assured her i’d give her a 5star review because gems like her are not easy to come by in the retail world. Thank you both so much again!

  I went to the West Edmonton Lush and was very impressed with the customer service which was exemplary. She assisted me with a difficult order and was able to solve the situation with the Lush club points. Bushra was welcoming and helpful throughout helping me. She was pleasant and did not make me feel as an inconvenience. She is a great asset to the company. I appreciated her very much.

  I visited Lush yesterday with my daughter and had a great experience. I was looking for the Avocado Co-Wash for my 9yr old son, and Michelle greeted us right away. She was very friendly and helpful, and even gave me samples of Coconut, Mango, and Banana co-washes, which I really appreciated. There was also a lockdown situation while we were in the store, and the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They kept everyone calm and safe, which was reassuring. Excellent customer service—thank you, Michelle and team!

  I was in the mall with my daughter today and the fire alarm/ emergency alarm sounded. People started running and stores started closing their security gates. Never been on a situation like that before, but the hand full of ladies who were on shift handled the situation amazingly. They got everyone organized down into the basement, gave words of encouragement, and made sure the safety of the people within their store was priority. Huge shout out to them all!! No idea what the cause of the alarm was.
