The hair dresser couldn't believe how bad the other place cut my hair. She ended up giving me a great hair cut and probably ended up saving my social life. Thank you so much and ill definitely recommend this place again.

We tried everything until I mentioned it to the ladies here and they instantly knew the problem. They asked a million questions and we got a really good lesson about shampoo and what does what. As it turns out my daughter needed clarifying shampoo. We grabbed some of their solutions product and witching one wash her hair was great. No more build up. No more greasy. 👌

I had a haircut with this really nice lady today and not only did she make my hair look the best its looked in a long time, but she also gave me recommendations about how to maintain my long hair and knew exactly what I wanted. We brought our 19-month-old son in for a haircut because they advertise that they cut children’s hair. After driving about 10 minutes to get there, the stylist—a red-haired woman with glasses—asked how our son handles haircuts. We said honestly that he moves around, which is normal for a toddler. Update: January 29, 2026 --- I did email the customer service email as provided. They informed me someone from the location will contact me... seems like no one wants to take on responsibility... She then asked if he could sit on his own, even though he was already sitting independently in the waiting-area chair at that moment. Despite that, she said she would not cut his hair if he was squirming and told us to go to another hair stylist. She made no effort to try or work with him at all. Refusing to cut a 19-month-old’s hair for normal toddler behavior, especially at a place that advertises children’s haircuts, is unacceptable. This was a waste of our time and gas. We will not be returning.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
Yes, Great Clips offers three lines of its exclusively branded haircare and styling products for men, women, and kids, including Solutions by Great Clips®, Tea Tree Solutions by Great Clips®, and GRIT @ Great Clips™.
