My stylist was very sweet and took her time with my difficult hair. She did what she could but it is not a good cut. Customer service gets 5 stars. Quality of the cut gets 2.5 stars.

Unfortunately, it felt like she did not listen to my instructions at all, and the result was not what I asked for. What concerned me even more was the behavior I witnessed from Amanda, who said she was the GM. She was yelling at a female employee in front of customers in a very disrespectful manner. The way she spoke to him felt extremely discriminatory and racially insensitive. The tone and language came across as if the employee was being treated like a subordinate without dignity, almost like a slave. Watching this was very uncomfortable and created a toxic and unprofessional environment in the salon. I have visited this location before and noticed that several employees seem to have left, including an Asian lady who used to provide great service. After what I saw, it makes me wonder if the workplace environment is the reason people are leaving. A business should treat both customers and employees with respect. Because of this experience and the unhealthy atmosphere I witnessed, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management seriously reviews the conduct and workplace culture at this salon.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
