  The location is amazing but the staff have such an awful attitude. Not attentive, not helpful and were rushing me to pay. I rather keep shopping online as usual. Hire people with better customer service and attitude!!

  Went to pick up a online order and the girl at the till { didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a hijab} seemed so judgemental and rude had a I’m better than you additude terrible customer service didn’t say one word and gave me the judgmental up and down look honestly I will not be placing anymore orders at this store and will go to a different location do to this FIX YOUR ADDITUDE IF YOUR GOING TO WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE I didn’t come here to feel judged for shopping or to feel uncomfortable but if that’s your values then you hit it right on the nail My order was nearly $700 so the fact this happened is beyond me I’m not broke , nor dumb so to make me feel lower than you just because your full faced makeup is beyond me and from reading the rest of the reviews about this store it seems to happen very commonly , discrimination, racial profiling , bad customer service , and rudeness out right rudeness please get some better staff cause as a establishment that is promoting beauty and to feel good about yourself your staff dose not follow thoughs values at all which is sad to see this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this store I decided to give it grace the first few times as I understand people have bad days but I’ve had issues with this girl multiple times making rude comments about my skin when asking for help , calling me Casper and saying I look like snow as I’m very pale please do better

  I was at this location, for the first time on Wednesday, January 21. Normally I am greeted with help for my skin care and cosmetic questions. I was the only customer in the store. I received absolutely no help, girl's at counter seemed more engulfed with their own conversation. Not the usual help I've gotten at the WEM, location.

  I went in for a return at this location and I had a misunderstanding about the extended holiday return policy. Anyways, one of the girls (who wasnt the one actually helping me) says "girl just read this" and places the return policy card on the counter with attitude. I Looked at her and brushed it off because i didnt wanna make a scene. do not speak to me that way. I wasnt being rude and she had the audacity to have attitude. I shouldve got her name but ill describe her. she was working at 215 ish PM at the mayfield location on january 3rd, she had tan skin and her hair was in a bun and she was working at one of the tills. Super rude. Focus on the customer you're helping. The 2 women with hijab were great though.
