  Very bad service and the behavior of manager very rude. I bought aa perfume from their but when I opened it at home it was totally different packging is same but inside different perfume.and when I went to return it they denied to return still 1 day is letf according to return policy. Staff give me the wrong product now they want return it its their mistake and behaved very rude to me by the manager I will never go there again

  I visited Sephora a few days back and had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Ms. Ari. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and even helped me find the perfect shade for my sister. Ari really took the time to understand what I needed. Thank you!

  Not good service! First time I went in couldn’t see anyone around. Second time seen the lady I talked to about my online order. No hello or inviting. Went to pickup online order was told the back was locked have to wait 2 mins. Waited 3 customer transactions before I said, “how long it was going to be as I had other commitments” She radios to person and finally gets my bag and I have to rescan my barcode and that’s it’s. No greeting again. She never thought to radio the back to check, go physically ask, or even the person in the back letting her know she has it. I had to ask before she did anything. 2 minutes is one customer not 3. Lack of customer service here at all. Not warm and inviting when you come in. Security guard at the front door playing on his phone. Nice to know they’re being paid to be on their phones and not truly helping the customers. Probably will be picking up at South Gate or WEM in the future.
