- FIFarkhunda IqbaliDec 26, 20251.0Today I went in this Sephora to buy stuff, the security guard was following me around the whole time then when I checked out and went outside he came outside after me accusing me of stealing tomford perfume which was in my jacket pocket from way before I even entered Sephora, it was gifted to me this morning by my boyfriend and I forgot I had it left in my pocket, this security guard harassed me without doing his job properly and doing proper investigation before accusing and harassing me. This is not the type of behaviour accepted from a high end store like Sephora who should show respect to their customers. Do not accuse someone of stealing unless you know 100% they did it.

But today some other girl on cashier wanted to see my identification i don’t know why maybe some return policy or some other reason have no idea.it’s okay I’m fine with that after a while I start looking for perfume to purchase as sudden one guy came very close to me and stat staring at me i just moved from that place to other one but again that guy followed me and started staring at me i feel very uncomfortable then I found out he is a security without wearing any uniform in cheap bad smelling clothes. How unprofessional is this ?? What you think I am a thief to steal all store there??? Sephora hired a cheap security. Very embarrassing and shameful service. I’m not going there again.what a hard effort to hire a cheap security to stalking decent women in the store while shopping. I went there 100 times to buy products and never faced this rude attitude while terribly judging someone who doesn’t know what happened???

Terry really went above and beyond helping me find the perfect foundation and blush today. She gave off such a “good person” vibe, too. I am so glad I was helped by her.
