Fatima was the one helping us and helped us all around the store. Testing things to make sure they worked. Had enough experience with makeup to know what they liked and what to recommend. And extremely friendly. We got everything I wanted. I definitely will be coming back to this store.

My first interaction wasn’t ideal — the host at the front seemed distracted and wasn’t able to find anyone to help me, so I left and came back later. On my return, she connected me with Angelina, and that completely changed the experience. Angelina was brilliant. She listened, guided me through the products, and clearly knew her stuff. She mentioned she had just returned from a full year of maternity leave, which is impressive for Alberta and speaks well of Sephora’s support for their employees. Her professionalism and warmth turned a frustrating start into a genuinely positive visit.

I purchased a Sephora gift card from Sobeys, a major retailer, only to be told at Sephora that the card was invalid and likely a scam. What’s worse is that Sephora refused all responsibility, simply stating they don’t support gift cards sold outside their own stores — despite allowing their branded cards to be sold elsewhere. This puts customers directly at risk of fraud and then abandons them when issues arise. Either take responsibility for products carrying your brand or stop distributing gift cards through third parties. This level of indifference is unacceptable for a global company.
