  Highly disappointed in the lack of communication/organization I am frustrated with my recent experience at the WEM Sephora location. I booked an online appointment weeks in advance with Rafia. I’ve had her a couple of times before and I trust her to do a fabulous job. (I give her a 10 star review) To be safe, I even called the day before to confirm that my appointment was still with Rafia and I was told "yes." Despite this, when I arrived (after fighting for parking at the mall on a busy weekend), I was told that she was booked back to back and they switched me with someone else. It's disrespectful of a customer's time to have them change beauty advisors after a specific request was booked well in advance and then verbally confirmed the day before. I chose this location specifically for Rafia, otherwise, I wouldn't have made the trip. After speaking with the manager, Pfile, it was clear they knew about their "system issues." Considering my time was completely wasted, even a small discount on a future booking would have gone a long way. Skip the mall traffic and find a business that actually values its customers.

  There’s a short oriental lady with red in her hair that works here, she was extremely disrespectful and told me I needed to get my nose and senses checked after I was testing some colognes, I can’t believe she’s gotten away with being so disrespectful, her tone and attitude is brutally hostile, she was standing right next to me the whole time monitoring me as if I was going to steal or something then she pulled out her phone and started recording me, again I was minding my own business just testing cologne to find a new one for my collection. I cannot believe this lady is allowed to work in sales with an attitude and rudeness like that

  Shital was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance-free, hydrating tint. She really listened to what I needed, guided me to the best option, and was incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. I’d love to meet more girlies like her especially in such a busy makeup store. Such a great experience!

  I had never stepped foot in a Sephora before, but I went in looking for tubing mascara. Cinderella assisted me, she was very knowledgeable, bright and friendly, what a great experience!

  I visited Sephora recently and, since the products aren’t cheap, I really value good service. My first interaction wasn’t ideal — the host at the front seemed distracted and wasn’t able to find anyone to help me, so I left and came back later. On my return, she connected me with Angelina, and that completely changed the experience. Angelina was brilliant. She listened, guided me through the products, and clearly knew her stuff. She mentioned she had just returned from a full year of maternity leave, which is impressive for Alberta and speaks well of Sephora’s support for their employees. Her professionalism and warmth turned a frustrating start into a genuinely positive visit.
