  Melissa at the south common store was so helpful, she suggested some great products without any pressure, purchased some lip gloss as per recommendation and it was fabulous. I would go to this store just to get her expert advise

  Very friendly, cool & knowledgeable staff! South commons a little tough for walking pedestrians to get around but that's not their fault. Regardless, 10/10 I'll definitely be coming back!

  Besides being so extremely expensive ($200+ Cologne) it's a nice store. Staff is super friendly.

  I went to pick up my order I got for my sisters birthday. I had purchased a mist and wasn’t sure if my sister would like the scent so I asked to smell a tester and confirmed my sister will not like it. I found another scent I wanted to exchange it for. And even when I JUST picked up the order and was in store the whole time, didn’t open the package the cashier accused me of using the mist before returning it. It felt very racial since there was no reason for this accusation . And I also later found out one of the item was missing. I spent $210 a $46 item was missing and I got accused of trying to return a used perfume even though I picked it up that very day and time and was only exchanging it for a more expensive item mind you(I paid extra to make up the difference). I’m still missing a $46 item. I called customer service they want me to ask the store but this experience completely ruined this location for me and it’s not worth it to go an experience humiliation at this location for.
