- TKtarandeep kaur1 day ago1.0I visit this location often, but today I went in for a color corrector and foundation. The first girl who offered help showed me a NARS color corrector and then tested YSL and NARS foundations on me. The NARS shade was wrong, and when I mentioned that NARS Punjab might be better, she agreed. Since I usually use Huda Beauty, I decided to check their foundation too. I went to that section myself and asked another staff member for help finding my shade. She did two patch tests ( quickly) , but I was still unsure, so I politely asked for samples of all three foundations. Her attitude changed immediately. She came back with the samples and told me, very rudely, that next time they won’t spend that much time on me. It was shocking and hurtfuI , I was almost in tears. The first girl had helped kindly, but the second one wasn’t even with me for five minutes before speaking to me like that. I told her I wasn’t trying to waste anyone’s time. She said they have other customers and can’t spend more than five minutes on one person. I ended up only buying the color corrector. If this is Sephora’s rule that their customer service representative can’t spend more than 5 mins with customers , it’s disappointing. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I will never return to this location again. Very rough experience.

The cashier, Manvi, was extremely rude — she kept questioning why I was returning them and gave me judgmental looks the whole time. Very unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.

Cannot speak for all the staff but interactions I’ve had with other staff at this location were quite disappointing. 2 stars for them. 5 for Jasleen! 🩷
- ACAvneet CheemaNov 2, 20255.0Generally, I don’t like going to the South Common Sephora, and this time the first customer service interaction I had honestly made me regret coming to this location. But then comes this woman - I believe her name is Naida - and WOW. I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service this good! She helped us with shade matching for the YSL foundation, Tarte concealer, Huda color corrector and so much more. She didn’t even let us feel like we were bothering her or taking too much time. Truly appreciate her support - she completely turned my experience around!
