Was there on Saturday to pick up a concealer for my skin tone - even though the employees were willing to help me with the right shade , the manager was kind of uncomfortable ( for the reason alone she knows) . Instead of spending her energy on analyzing how much time her team spend in helping clients in finding the right shade, she must probably train them well to understand the basics of helping client choose right shade. At last the products they have given me is nothing but trash, my concealer looks like it’s used here and there ; same goes with mascara! No value for both money and time!

- OOOllaOct 19, 20252.0Went in with a $100 note bill and bought this this stuff. The total came down to a $108.15 ( My companion paid the rest of it on her card ). Tell me why the salesperson ( Zahran K ) gave us all this stuff in hand and didn't put it in a 🛍️ bag. ( Simply coz we ran out of a few coins ? ) I had to ask her to please put that stuff in a bag .
