I was super hesitant with ordering online especially since the majority of the products I ordered, I do not know how it’ll smell since I do not like strong scents. Due to medical problems, I couldn’t drive to the store myself but needed the products so I took a chance ordering. They upgraded me free of charge for next day shipping, and immediately sent me the confirmation that my package was ready. It arrived within two days and they even gave me an extra tin. The products are amazing, not too powerful of a smell, just right. I will definitely order from them again, and hopefully can go in store when I’m able to.

Joseph was incredibly passionate about the products and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even let us try out some of the products, like the foot cream and exfoliating mask. We ended up spending around $200, but it was worth every penny. Joseph's kindness and enthusiasm made the whole experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Lush and asking for Joseph – you won't be disappointed!😍 yayyyy

Marie, was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson I have encountered in a very long time. She was so patient and understanding when I shared some of my postpartum hygiene struggles (oily hair, sensitivities, etc) and walked alongside me chatting and recommending items she thought I would like. I walked in here for a face scrub and left with over $200 in items. Then to top this experience off, when I got to the cashiers, Aly and Michelle were so sweet and continue providing advice and their personal experiences with products. Honestly my experience today was so amazing and refreshing, the products, the people everything. I know ordering online is often more convenient, but if you can, support this store because these people care about customer experience. THANK YOU Marie, Aly, and Michelle. I hope some good karma finds you!!
