    I would like to start this off by saying -typically- I am not a person who can be persuaded. HOWEVER. Marie, was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson I have encountered in a very long time. She was so patient and understanding when I shared some of my postpartum hygiene struggles (oily hair, sensitivities, etc) and walked alongside me chatting and recommending items she thought I would like. I walked in here for a face scrub and left with over $200 in items. Then to top this experience off, when I got to the cashiers, Aly and Michelle were so sweet and continue providing advice and their personal experiences with products. Honestly my experience today was so amazing and refreshing, the products, the people everything. I know ordering online is often more convenient, but if you can, support this store because these people care about customer experience. THANK YOU Marie, Aly, and Michelle. I hope some good karma finds you!!

    We booked a birthday party for my daughter and Cecelia was an absolute gem! She sat down and planned the party with us in advance and made the evening so fun and engaging for the girls. Highly recommend!

    I was walking up to all them Jelly and Jawbreakers and having a sample day! The blue one tasted like #blue #itstrue Purple was Urple and Urkel #LikeSteve And the other ones?? Let me tell you, they wuz fooding up like an All You Can Eat Buffet And them soaps was good for cleaning my body I took my bath in the sink and I was so freaking clean awesome style #Smelly #PickUp All them people was watching me take my bath in a different way but I was living it up La Vida Loca and I came out like newborn baby #IWasBornAgain What Are Your Thought s on this???

    I had such a great experience at lush the other day. I was helped by a girl named sabi, and she was amazing. She was super kind, patient, and helped me find everything I needed, including a bunch of my Christmas gifts. She made the whole process easy and actually fun. Really appreciated her time and how thoughtful she was. Thank you!
