    Had the best customer service ever today. I’m Not usually one to write reviews- but this experience stands out. Aidan(?) , you are exceptional at your job, and you have fantastic people skills. Thank you for taking the time to find me the perfect citrus bath bomb, and chit chat at the till.

    I booked a Lush party for my birthday. We went before the store opened for the day and had a great time. We made bath bombs, did face masks, and tested some other products. Michael and Agnes were amazing hosts. I will definitely do this again!

    They are always so welcoming and knowledgeable and totally appreciate there vibe and happy excitement. Had a product I bought go moldly and they exchanged it without much question. Just so apologetic and sweet. And truly appreciate that it was totally hassle free.b

    Came in to grab one thing. And there is one employee working. One lady was chatting with the employee making it hard for her to just ring me through ended up having to wait for the lady to order in something special buy her things and then I finally got rang through. Why would you only have one employee, I was in the store before the other customer grabbed one thing waited at the till and had to wait for the lady that was talking with the employee. I almost put it back and walked out because the lady wouldn’t shut up. Have more employees ready at the til some of us know what we want and don’t want to spend an extra 20 mins standing waiting for an employee.
