She was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable — I came in looking for a gift with little knowledge of the products, and she guided me through everything with genuine care.She curated the perfect selection and beautifully packaged everything in a gift box, added a little bouquet of dried lavender, and even included a bag of samples!😄 It felt so luxurious and thoughtful — a truly memorable experience🥹 I’ll definitely be back to treat myself next time. She followed up with me, prepared my order, had everything ready for collection, and even had a thoughtful thank you note in my bag. Really amazing service. I love L’occitane products because the fragrance and the quality are of a very high standard. We particularly love the lemon verbena scent and the hand soap, and hand lotion are wonderful in any bathroom. We also love the Amande shower oil. Light scent and great moisturizer. Would recommend a stop at this location, and if you haven’t tried these products then you are really missing out!
