I've had many stylists over the years and have always been disappointed once I was home, not with Cora/Kora. She gets it right every time. I've been seeing her for many years now.
- GMGraham MinooseFeb 3, 20261.0Not so great clips would be an understatement. To say the least. I brought my nephew in for a ceaser haircut. She cut his hair terribly. I asked for a 1 on the side and for her to correct her major mistakes with the cut. When I did she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I gave her ample information even showed her a picture of how he wanted his hair. And she couldn't do the picture example either. Needless to say I will not be taking my nephews back here as this is the second time this happened. I wouldn't even bring my pet dogs here to get there hair cut. Negative 5 stars.

Also, my son didn't want to take off more than half inch from the top of his head and she literally shaved off the sides. When he said what he wanted she rudely said she knew what she was doing because she had 9 years of experience. My son is not happy at all. We are never setting our foot in this great clips!!!! Worst experience from all the great clips we have been so far on the south side!!!

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
