I went into Great Clips with clear expectations: I showed the stylist multiple reference photos and specifically emphasized the bang I wanted. I asked if she felt confident doing it — she said yes. Within seconds she hacked my bangs into something unrecognizable — far too short and nothing like what I asked for. When I confronted her, her response was a dismissive “it’s just hair.” That level of indifference is unacceptable. Hair takes time and money to grow and care for — calling it “just hair” is insulting. I asked for the manager. The supervisor doubled down, defended the stylist, and said it was “a different hair type.” Both women kept looking at each other and laughing, effectively mocking me while I sat there upset. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the service after ruining my cut and belittling me. This was not a simple mistake — it was careless, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The fact that staff laughed at a paying customer and then had the nerve to take payment is outrageous.

Smile is all it takes to greet your customer. I still tip them as I know life is hard and someone might have a bad day. I might try them one more time just to see and can change the review if I get good customer service.
