If tried two other locations prior to this one, and the haircuts were ok, just not great. Bobbi did a great job, was friendly and cut my hair like the slip says. Awesome job!

I have anxiety about being touched by strangers, but the gal who cut my hair did an amazing job and made me feel completely at ease. I’d also like to mention that I’m hearing impaired, and she did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the appointment. Huge shout-out to Darlene for the excellent service and care! I highly recommend this place.

I don't think I was taking an unreasonably long time or wasting time, I was checking to see if the hair was cut evenly on the top and within like 5 seconds of me checking my hair with my hands she says: "something something we don't have all day, there's 2 customers waiting", and "It's even" It felt like she was rushing me and not giving proper time for me to check my hair even. Also had the same lady maybe a year or two ago and the haircut was uneven.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
