- DDDeeDec 9, 20251.0I brought my son here to have his hair cut. We brought pictures and I communicated very clearly to the stylist named Binh to ensure his bangs be no shorter than his eyebrows. Binh cut his bangs at least one inch above his eyebrows and one side is very visibly shorter than the other. She made an absolute mess of my son's hair. I'm dealing with a very upset young man. The stylist had very little remorse and offered no apology. It's ridiculous that a hair professional could feel anything but ashamed of her work. Never ever will we return to Binh. My son literally looks like he got a "bowl" haircut. Shame on you, miss Binh. Perhaps it's time to go get more training or look into a change in career. Your careless work has caused a lot of hurt to my son. He's crying and doesn't even want to go to school.
