Our family has an important event coming up, as well as a photo session, so it was important to get our child a good haircut. We arrived on time for our appointment, there were no other customers in the salon, and I showed the stylist a photo of a previous haircut from another hairdresser of this salon that we would like to replicate today. The hairdresser(I didn't ask her name, she was a woman over 50 years old with long black hair) just glanced at the photo and said she would do as requested. I was surprised that she didn't want to look at the details, but I thought she was a professional and would be able to quickly figure it out and replicate the hairstyle that her coworker had done for us before. My heart stopped when she picked up the razor attachment and simply started shaving my son's head from the neck to the top. She did it with one attachment, even though the photo I showed her had fades. I tried to stop her, but it was too late. The hairstyle was irretrievably ruined. She just smiled at me and said she was cutting it the same way as in the photo. I didn't hear a word of apology or regret from her just the smiles. My mood and my son's mood were irretrievably ruined, as were our expectations of normal service. Of course, I paid for the service, but I can't understand what exactly I paid for. For the fact that she decided to save time and effort on my child and not bother with the haircut? For the fact that she did her job halfway? I want to caution you and warn you about such an unprofessional person.
