I Took my 89-year-old uncle here December 18, 2025 and he was REFUSED a haircut because he didn't know his phone number! I'm not even kidding! Why should anyone need to give out their personal information to get a haircut? The excuse given was that next time he comes in they will know exactly what he wants. You know what? He's quite able to tell them what he wants. We left and certainly will not be back.

I wasso polite and respectful but she was in full attitude and cut my hair within like 5-7 minutes. What a joke. I will ask all my group and community to avoid this salon. Owner should keep an eye on his/her business, and if they can not hire right person,they should close the business. I am writing my experience to corporate in detail as well. I am not going to take such bad attitude and worse service for money that I paid.
