At this point she started to be rude asked me for my number and for what ever reason it wasn't coming up I asked do I really need it to get a haircut she huffed and rolled her eyes and huffed again there was no way was I letting this lady cut my hair I said no thank you and walked out. I found a place that's much better so thank you I like the new place.

I've never had such a consistently perfect hair stylist place like Great Clips, which easily and instantly replaced all my past hair stylist locations! I am always treated like a valued customer at Great Clips! I always request Mek as she is my favourite hair stylist ever! She is incredibly talented, friendly, patient, understanding, consistent, knowledgeable and very gentle. She knows her craft perfectly! Thank you for being you Mek! In addition to my hair cut, I got a beard and mustache trim. And like with my hair cut, it was done very professionally, gentle, and well cut! You can get your preferred hair style saved in the system, which is very convenient for me. Because I sometimes forget exactly how I like it. So, here I don't have to worry about trying to remember what I want/had before. It's streamlined because of that, which is awesome! They have lots of seats available for waiting. And at the front desk they have an estimated wait time (if there is a wait time) on a screen, which I found very convenient and useful. Also, it shows a current list of how many people are ahead of you, or getting their hair cut at that moment. Which gives you lots of awareness of how long a wait time may be. It gives you a well informed feeling, which is great! The interior is all kept very clean and well organized. They also have a clean and well stocked bathroom available. I always go to Great Clips for my haircuts, as they provide a consistently perfect experience!

The way Karla explained things for my son really helped him to relax made it a wonderful experience. The cut was very reasonably priced, the salon was clean and very well maintained.
