I have gone here for years for cuts and always been happy with my cut,but today was a special day and the lady I think her name is Donna.who cut my hair needs to be acknowledged for her compassion,kindness and her skill. I am in chemo right now and I finally accepted my hair loss. She shaved and styled my hair(what is left) with such care. I look and feel so much better. I just want to Thank you for helping me feel comfortable and I look better then what I thought I would. Great job, you are Great Clips. Thank you.

- IRIsla RoyanJul 25, 20251.0I asked for a simple haircut, for my already short hair to be cut to my collarbone bluntly, the lady asked if light layers were okay and I said yes assuming that they would be light like she said. Instead she added in extreme layers and thinned out the bottom of my hair- definitely not what I wanted. It looks horrible. She quickly flashed me the back of my head with a mirror and asked if it was okay, was hair was still sopping wet and all laying flat so i said yes, and the back would still be alright if it would lay flat, instead when it dried at home I noticed several extremely uneven and poorly cut layers that, because of the way they are cut, stick up. Not to mention the fact that one side of my hair is slightly longer than the other. Horribly done. I'm extremely extremely disappointed. I went to greatclips to get a very simple haircut for cheap, usually I don't mind paying more for a haircut, but i figured since it was so simple it would be alright. I was very wrong. Now I will have to waste more money and more time trying to fix this mistake and will probably have to chop off a large amount of my hair just to get rid of all these mistakes. Very stressed out and unhappy.
