I came in with a cute bob and asked for a subtle clean-up: just a bit of texture to reduce the weight at the ends, and to take the back up by no more than half an inch to avoid a bowl-like shape. I clearly specified not to touch the front, and I provided a collage of reference photos that I kept visible throughout the appointment. What I walked out with was nothing short of a disaster: I got home and straightened it to my shock’ my hair was hacked into uneven, disconnected chunks — with the back reduced to a micro pixie. I was in shock. The manager, visibly horrified, issued a refund on the spot. Meanwhile, the stylist refused to take responsibility, blaming me for asking to go “shorter” and bizarrely claiming it was because I declined leave-in conditioner. (Since when does conditioner add length?) No refund can undo the damage done or restore the confidence this experience took from me. Avoid this place at all costs. BEWARE (Last two pictures are what I came in the salon to start)

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
