She really cares about her clients and how they're feeling that day. She will always ask how my husband is doing who has gone into long-term care before this. He was going to see Nitty for his haircut too. She remembers his name and what's the matter with him and she's very caring about my needs. She's very easy to talk to and she talks to you as a sincere friend. She always remembers what kind of haircut you like and she will always check with you to make sure you're satisfied. She always has a smile on her face for her customers and anybody walking in the door and she has excellent customer service abilities.

My hair was choppy, uneven, and completely butchered. It honestly felt like getting Canadian Tire–quality work while paying salon prices. The cut was so bad that I felt uncomfortable in my own hair — I was wearing a tuque even when I was home alone. I considered going back to have it fixed, but based on the result I got the first time, I was genuinely worried it would end up even worse. Extremely disappointing experience. Your reply is just an automated joke. You can take your corporate help line and butcher it like you did to my hair. Seriously people this corporation is taking people fresh off the street still learning and paying them minimum wage. Then charging you top salon prices. Support your local community and go to a small local salon or barber.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
