  I would like to share my wonderful experience at the Sephora Signal Hill location. Aya, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She is always welcoming, professional, and has a warm, friendly smile that makes every visit enjoyable. Her leadership clearly reflects on the entire team, as all the staff members are kind, attentive, and truly care about making customers feel valued. I visit this location regularly, and every time I leave feeling happy and well taken care of. The team always makes an extra effort to ensure customers are satisfied, and it really shows. In contrast, my experience at the Southcentre Mall location was disappointing. The service there felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Because of the outstanding service at Signal Hill, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive and supportive shopping experience. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

  My daughter's are both into beauty stuff so I usually let them go in by themselves as they are old enough and I myself have no interest. We have had 2 situations where my girls came back upset from other sephoras, from rude and judgy workers (who also where looking at them the whole time). This time went good! We drove out a bit further because I saw reviews about nicer employees. They said the girls working where much more kind and didn't give any mean looks, which is the great, but also the bare minimum. Anyway the girls got what they needed from helpful employee's and well definitely be back to this location 👍👍

  Will not be shopping at this location in the future, and will let everyone else know about the poor customer service. There were tons of staff just standing around and talking to each other. Every female employee kept coming up to my husband and asking if he needed help. Completely overlooked me and even when he said I think my wife needs some help the lady said ok and never came over…. Regardless worst customer experience ever and I normally spend $1000 each time I go in…if it were up to my husband we wouldn’t have even come in because it’s a “waste” of money to him. Customer service: Do better

  Best Sephora in Calgary, the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming and there is never a feeling of judgement (which cannot be said for other locations).

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Shereen today she took her time to explain the options and she didn’t pass any judgement that I didn’t know how to do my own false eyelashes. It was a great interaction
