- 6C60 and change1 day ago2.0Had a long list of products I was seeking to buy and try. After going through them with a sales associate and having her advise what was available and what wasn't, I had to repeat myself so many times and keep reminding her what she had said they had as she got distracted several times recommending other products. Honestly, if you have a customer with a long shopping list, why wouldn't you grab a pen and write it down? Out of the 30+ items I was looking for, Sephora physically had 2 in the store and 3 other things on my list were available online. The reason I go to the store is to avoid buying online. This was NOT what I'd call a successful shopping trip and I strongly feel that between the items they didn't carry and the things they carry 'online only' there isn't much of a need to go here. Shopping online seems to be the recommended method to fulfilling your needs and that will be the death of this (brick & mortar) store.

My makeup stayed flawless all night and looked amazing in the photos. I received so many compliments throughout the evening!! Thank you so much!

Usually when I go to Sephora in the malls I have staff coming up to me and overwhelming me but this location is not like that! I will be coming back to this location for future purchases!
