  This was hands down the best customer service I have ever gotten. I'm extremely ill and was looking for something to help cover the bags under my eyes so that the pictures i will be taking on my bucket list trip will look like im not dieing as much. April was an absolute angel. She helped me so much and can't wait to come back with my daughter in the summer. Thank you for pampering me and making me feel important I really needed that. The whole staff were amazing but April went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier

  Worst Sephora in all of Calgary imo, if the had to open one in marlbough or Sunridge it would be a better experience. They start profiling u the moment you walk in, mostly the older workers. They won’t stop following you around and continuously asking if u need help, but the moment you do need help, they disappear like jasper the ghost. I bought a huge amount of Makeup and asked for a sample, yk what my response was? “Oh it’s only if u buy perfume” be sooooo fr. Ghetto Sephora for a location in chinook💔💔

  Absolutely one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had at Sephora. I walked in for something simple a Charlotte Tilbury lip liner and was immediately treated like a criminal instead of a customer. Multiple employees followed me around the store the entire time, making it painfully obvious they thought I was going to steal. It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and honestly insulting. Not once did anyone offer actual help or basic customer service, they were too busy watching me instead. If your idea of “customer service” is profiling people and making them feel unwelcome, then you’re doing a great job. Otherwise, this store seriously needs to retrain its staff. I will not be coming back, and I’ll be telling others to avoid this location unless they want to be treated with complete disrespect.

  I had a very disappointing experience with a beauty advisor named Sharry at Sephora. He did my sister’s makeup for her bridal shower, and it turned out to be a terrible experience from start to finish. The makeup looked nothing like what she asked for it was heavy, poorly blended, and extremely unflattering. Instead of enhancing her features, it completely washed her out and didn’t suit the occasion at all. We tried to give feedback during the appointment, but it didn’t seem to make any difference. By the time we left, my sister was so upset that she started crying. It was heartbreaking, especially considering this was such an important and special event for her. We ended up having to remove all of the makeup as soon as we got home. I had to redo her entire face myself just to salvage the situation and make sure she felt confident for her bridal shower. Based on this experience, it’s clear that Sharry would benefit from additional training and more attention to client requests and technique. Overall, the experience was stressful, disappointing, and far below what you’d expect from a professional service. I would not recommend booking with this artist, especially for important occasions where you want to feel your best.

  I had such a fantastic experience with Sharry at Sephora. He was incredibly positive, communicative, and genuinely attentive from start to finish. I came in a bit rushed (totally my own doing), but he stayed calm, focused, and somehow kept everything perfectly on time without ever making me feel stressed. His product knowledge was amazing too — I ended up discovering a few new favorites, including the Heat No Glue lashes from Lilly, which I’m now obsessed with. Overall, Shany made the whole appointment feel effortless and enjoyable. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and excited about my new products. Highly recommend booking with him if you want a smooth, uplifting experience.
