Some of the workers are very kind, most are not and have a strong attitude, in particular one individual with half blonde/half dark hair named Kristin was very rude and had a strong attitude towards me. I understand they are busy and I tried to be as kind and thankful in return as possible. But all in all if you are working retail and have an attitude towards your customer's and can’t even offer a smile you shouldn’t be working in retail.

The staff here is truly amazing—I left feeling confident in my new products and highly recommend this location for their exceptional customer service.

I wore my gym clothes with boots and the entrance greeters turned around and walked away, and the associates that work there didn't even give me the time of day and it wasn't even busy. I bought a perfume at shoppers before going to sophora and wanted to by the new TF fragrance Fig Erotique because shoppers didn't have it and the Sophora staff blew it. When I was walking out I thought, I'm going to look at some make up. I went to reach out for something on that beauty booth and an associate that works there just walked right in front of me, didn't even excuse herself. By this time I'm ticked and then finally another associate asked me if I needed anything I declined and walked out. Not sure I'll come to this location again.
