You are literally working a customer-facing sales associate role for Lush yet you gave so much attitude and were way too nonchalant about your service that you partially ruined the shopping experience for this customer. Do some self reflection and see how you treat the customers because you're not giving. If I were at McDonald's I wouldn't give a damn, but I was at Lush, so please work on your customer service skills like you are at Lush. Period.
