  My grandma got her haircut here and I just want to warn people to avoid this place if possible. The photo speaks for itself - a complete hack job on her hair. She is extremely upset and now having to pay extra to get it fixed. Horrible experience for her.

  My mother just had the worst haircut ever in this place. Not sure how you can mess up a haircut that bad, but she is so upset and now has to go to another salon and see if they can even fix the butcher job that she received. If your looking to get a complex and to have serious self conscious issues and possibly have to go to therapy for it, this is the place for you. I get not charging for the terrible job, but wigs are not cheap and there is barely anything left to even fix after this place tore through her hair. And even if the other salon can fix it, its probably gonna cost an arm and a leg now as they will probably need to use extensions to give any sort of hair back to her. I will not recommend this place ever. I wouldn't even send someone I dislike here. Even if your learning to cut hair, it is the teacher who is at fault for this as they are not paying enough attention to the student. Clearly the place needs it's own makeover of staff.

  Been there today it was not as good as they advertised the hair artist was not that much experienced asked them to fade from sides and they just Machined number 1 from top edge to bottom like where is the fade ? Seriously and they have no back support on chairs for beards so you need to hang tight at one position without any neck support for breads and then also she can’t bend and do accurate work so it was uneven. Don’t recommend to go at bad clips at all. Beware and thats the reason behind alot of marketing.

  Check in, received the text to go inside, 5 stylist working, and I sat and waited. Had a gentleman cut my hair, and it was the worst cut I have ever had, hair is uneven on both sides, asked that my bangs be just above my eyebrows, he blended them, which left them half up my forehead. Not a happy customer😭😭😭

  Hair cut was excellent no problem. My issue is when they have sale signs up on the product with NO EXPIRATION DATE and the phone the manager because the discount does not come off when the product is scanned to see how to take the discount off. She replied the coupon had expired and she could not give me the discount because it would not take it off. Not professional when the manager said herself she forgot to take down the signs for the product. I will shop elsewhere for my products when they are on sale. Not happy with not getting discount on sake item, so I went with another product because it was to expensive at regular price. $10.00 off is a lot.😡
