  Zero stars! Came in with hair to the middle of my back and left with a hack job cut , no style, not nice at all, with hair up to my ears and I told the stylist KEEP THE LENGTH and BANGS LONG! I have bangs so high there are no bangs. I provided a picture for the stylist but I don't think she even looked at it, in one ear and out the other. I feel ugly, feel disrespected, and that this cut was a deliberate attack on me personally, because seriously, how else could you screw up so badly if you weren't trying to! In second pic you will see how my hair was hacked off, it was to the middle of my back in length and is now gone, NOT WHAT I ASKED! The stylist cut my hair away from mirrors so I could t see what she was doing as she was going, I saw this all at the end of the cut, IMAGINE MY SHOCK when you expected your long hair, a trim with a bit of feathering layers but oh no, BAM! your hair is GONE! Even someone on their first day of stylist school couldn't possibly have done so badly. Like a 5 year old giving Barbie doll a hacked hair cut is my new do! You know those ones with stubble and bits of long and short?! (See image to show what I mean) Sure I may be exaggerating here but this is how I feel has happened! It takes me years and years to grow out my hair. Its too short to style, to put in a pony tail, to do anything with it. I will probably have to wear a baseball hat everyplace for the next 2 years or more, like I said, it takes a long time for my hair to grow do to my health condition!!!! I feel like crying since leaving this place and I really just don't know what to do about it. I called to see if they will do anything -left message on their machine but it's been a couple days and no one responded or anything to make this right, but at this point it is so short now and so bad what is there to do to fix this? Shave head!. I feel so violated. I don't remember the name of the stylist, and can't describe her as today people automatically think negative when you describe someone so I will say do not get your hair cut by her or this location! Stay away!

  FROM BAD TO TERRIBLE I am writting this review after a terrible experience I had at this location. This was my very first time going after the company was recommended by 2 different coworkers (both men, I see, my mistake). They did not recommend a specific location but I chose this one due to it being the closest. It was also the cheapest place I found, $28. Other places are like $60+ and that is not in my budget. I have curly/wavy hair, but I like to straighten it often so I asked for a regular mid length haircut (for straight haired people) with little layers at the end. Showed a reference picture of myself. The lady (looked like indian decent) SUPER NICE seemed to understand. Something was off maybe after she cut her finger... But overall I thought it went well, I tipped her and went home. Had my hair curly with trouble styling it. After two weeks, I decided to straighten it. See photo 1. It looks CHOPPED, not a straight line and only layers on half my head. That explains it all. I contacted customer service and they were astonished by the picture. They told me they would share feedback with the shop. I went there to get it fixed. The lady there (Asian I believe), SUPER NICE TOO, was really apologetic. Offered to fix it for free. We both agreed to keep my hair lenght (I had straightened it at home so they could see the haircut). She cut it straight and dry. See photo 2. I feel even worse. There are pieces now CHOPPED at the back even shorter than my ears. I just wanted a regular bob with soft layers mid lenght. I have no idea what this is but it is going to take me ages to grow it back. I contacted customer service again. Showed the pictures, they said they would share my feedback. I did eventually get super frustrated that I asked for a refund to customer service (twice) and I have been ghosted since. I am pretty disappointed. I believe that even when people are nice, if they can't cut hair, they should not be working there. I know it will grow but I have been crying all day. I can't style it and it won't even braid and can't be put in a ponytail. I don't know what else to do.

  THE WORST HAIRCUT OF ALL TIME Don’t go here even if they say they’re gonna cut your hair for free. No uniformity in my haircut, the sidelocks are only half done when i asked the barber to do more/make them even she replied that its the best she can do. The edes of my hair looks like its done by a 5 year old with a trimmer in hand. I would love to give the ratings in negative if allowed. Just cut your hair at home instead of going here, trust me it’ll still end up better even if you have never held a trimmer once.

  It was my first visit and Im quite pleased . My hair is very fine, therefore it doesn't leave much space for mistakes. I will definitely come back .
