- MHMaria Hall6 days ago1.0I love that Sephora opened a new store in this location but I recently had a frustrating experience with a staff named Aya. When I asked her for help, she was so rude. She rolled her eyes and barely paid attention to my request. She told me "I will get someone to help you" but no one came. I looked around and saw her chatting and laughing with the other girls. I was standing there waiting for nothing. I came in to restock my foundation and skincare but instead felt judged, ignored and completely unimportant as a customer. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and Sephora really needs to address the lack of professionalism and respect. Thanks.

She responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, saying, “No, you can’t do that,” without providing any explanation. Since it was close to closing time and there were still several customers waiting in line, I decided to leave without pursuing the matter further. Due to this unpleasant experience, I am giving this store a rating of 1 star.
