  I was in the store in normal clothing attire, very recognizable and tiny purse at that shopping for my makeup when I noticed an employee following me around constantly. She was a taller woman, Latina with soap eyebrows invading my space and I honestly felt super uncomfortable and felt like I was being profiled. Every corner I turned she would move right beside me. We were in the store for about 20 minutes and I like to browse and look/touch new products and I honestly felt harassed to the point I stopped shopping to leave. I probably wont return to this location. Every other Sephora the employees ask if we need help which is ok, but invading my personal bubble and space is not ok. Hannan and Fern were very respectful and would ask if we need help then leave us alone to take our time. We used the clear basket which you guys provided to prevent shoplifting I presume and we spend around $600 so it just made us feel very disappointed in how we were treated.

  My sister and I had a wonderful experience at the Sephora Deerfoot branch, thanks to Aseel. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Aseel was very friendly, patient, and professional, and she made us feel welcomed right away. She listened carefully to our needs, explained the products clearly, and gave honest and helpful recommendations without any pressure. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. This is the kind of service that makes customers want to come back. Thank you, Aseel, for your outstanding service!

  Booked a Beauty service for Birthday photos with Najaah. I am absolutely in love with the look, this kind of makeup is beyond my personal scope, Najaah did a wonderful job of asking what my vision was, awnsering any questions I had an was just a joy to be around! She is insanely talented and would 100% recommend her. This location always has great staff and the selection is awesome! Definitely my favorite Sephora location in the city!

  Dear Sephora Team, I am writing to share my honest feedback regarding my experience at one of your Sephora stores. Unfortunately, almost every time I visit this location, no consultant approaches me to offer help or assistance. I have made several purchases here already, and after each visit I promise myself that I won’t come back again because of the poor customer service. However, since this store is very close to my workplace, I still end up coming in — usually forgetting how disappointing the service has been in the past. In addition, I have noticed that I am never offered any samples or complimentary items, while in other beauty stores this is a common and appreciated practice. These small gestures make a big difference in the overall shopping experience and customer loyalty. I truly enjoy Sephora as a brand, but this particular store consistently leaves me feeling undervalued as a customer.
