    I’ve never had anything but AMZING service here. Anyone complaining clearly just has a chip on their shoulder. Tell me honestly has anyone EVER been able to do a lap around this store without being asked multiple times if they need help? Get real. I love my bronzer I feel Puerto Rican.

    I was helped by Katie B. in Chinook mall and she was truly exceptional. She was sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her genuine care and product knowledge really stood out. A perfect representation for what great customer service should look like!

    Came here on February 7th with my little sister, and majority of our experience was decent but then around 6:10pm, the cashier who was taking our payment was so rude. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see her name tag, but from the start she gave a resting b face. And while she was scanning the items, I needed to transfer money into my account but she was rushing me to pay and was trying to show me how to use the pin pad. I told her many times to give me a couple of seconds to get my bank ready but she kept repeating herself with “press yes and then tap”. And the entire time she was chewing gum like a horse in front of our faces, and she gave us our receipt all torn and crumpled up. She also gave us the tiniest bag to put a total of 5 items in, one being a huge sol de jenario spray. And it was sticking out the bag the entire time. Despite the unpleasant experience, we bid her a good day but she didn’t even pretend to smile and say it back to us. Hate to say it but workers shouldn’t be getting paid at all their customer service sucks, and us customers have paid for many things and is keeping the store open and running.

    No one in this store can get their stories straight. I was told they didn’t have their entire stock in of birthday gifts and just to keep coming back until they had them but then basically got told that there was nothing I could do because it was past my birthday. So confusing and told me if I wanted extra points instead then I had to buy something else. I understand it’s just makeup but honestly, do better.

    I love Sephora but oh my, I the way I get asked at least 10 times if I need any help every single time and I completely understand it’s their job but it’s way too much. Especially being asked 3 or items by the same person after saying I’m okay. I feel like I can’t breathe. Management needs to change their policy on addressing customers.
