    I had such a great experience shopping at this Sephora, Bridgette was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and nice! She recommended me a tinted moisturizer from tarte that is exactly what I was looking for and the perfect shade. Thank you so much🤍

    I had the most bizarre experience trying to exchange a product. I was handed off to 4 different employees, no one knew what was happening. I had to re-explain what I was there for everytime one employee handed me over to another. They didn't have the product which was fine, they said they'd order it in, and by the end of it they just ended up making me buy the product on their online shop. No offer to order it in to store for pick up, I don't even have an online account so I can't track the package? I honestly wish I'd never gone in.

    I have been a loyal Sephora customer for over 10 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. On January 13, I visited the Southcenter Mall location. Not a single employee offered to help me, despite my clearly looking for assistance. I ended up selecting items on my own and spent over $200. At checkout, I asked about receiving my birthday gift. My birthday is Mid-December. When I visited in December, I was explicitly told by a cashier that I could return in January to collect it. I was never informed of a strict two-week before/after policy, despite shopping at Sephora for many years. The cashier on January 13 was extremely rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying “No” without explanation and refusing to answer my question when I asked why I had been told otherwise. A manager was called and handled the situation professionally, kindly making a small exception since it was only a few days past the window. However, after the manager resolved the issue, the cashier looked at me and said “Bye” in a rude and dismissive tone, directly in front of the manager, with no correction. To make matters worse, I contacted Sephora customer service twice requesting a personalized response and received only automated replies explaining how birthday gifts work, completely ignoring the actual complaint about employee behavior. This experience was disappointing and upsetting, and it falls far below the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Sephora.

    I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora, thanks to the staff member Zahraa, who helped me. Zahraa was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to really listen to help me. Long story short, I received a gift card for Christmas to a bunch of places, and Sephora was one of them. It was an e-card, but it was very confusing to upload, and I was not aware, before going to the store, that I had to upload the gift card, enter all the numbers, and then receive the gift card in an email. It didn't seem to work for me, but luckily Zahraa helped me upload it. I was there for quite a while, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Having employees like Zahraa at Sephora makes such a big difference in customer service! Please give Zahraa her flowers because she truly deserves them!
