- CWCassie Willoughby5 days ago5.0I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora, thanks to the staff member Zahraa, who helped me. Zahraa was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to really listen to help me. Long story short, I received a gift card for Christmas to a bunch of places, and Sephora was one of them. It was an e-card, but it was very confusing to upload, and I was not aware, before going to the store, that I had to upload the gift card, enter all the numbers, and then receive the gift card in an email. It didn't seem to work for me, but luckily Zahraa helped me upload it. I was there for quite a while, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Having employees like Zahraa at Sephora makes such a big difference in customer service! Please give Zahraa her flowers because she truly deserves them!
