It looks very noticeable, and even if I’m buying just one item, it would be nice to put it in a Sephora-branded bag and hand it to the customer — it would feel much more pleasant, at least for me.

I’ve sat outside, gone through the mobile pickup process, and then waited 10-15 minutes until I CALL and tell them I’m outside. Then it’s another 5 minutes and eventually I need to go in to get my order. And every time I’m told “the system is having issues/we’re short staffed/the other girl is on a break/etc” Seriously, why even offer curbside/mobile check in if no one is doing it or the “system is down” or the multitude of other reasons they give? Just get rid of the option.

The staff kept staring at me nonstop like I was doing something wrong, basically treating me like I didn’t belong there instead of as a paying customer. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping anywhere. If this is how they train their staff, it’s honestly embarrassing. I’m definitely never coming back to this location
