  So I want to share my experience with an employee at this store, Sierra. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable, especially about new products and the right products that I should pick for my skin type/texture as well as others (I've gotten some foundation as a gift for my mother, and I was totally lost on which one I should pick, but Sierra was able to pinpoint the best products after I shared my mother's skin type, desire of coverage, etc). I'm also not great at picking lip colors, but she recommended a beautiful lipstick shade that melts right into my natural lip color and achieves that effortless/natural finish. Still probably one of my favorite lip shades to this day, though I picked it up a while back! :) She always ensures that I am picking products that I will be satisfied with and will suit my needs. Even if I come in with a certain product in mind, she is able to take into account the effect I'm looking for and either confirm if the product will be good for me OR recommend something that will work even better! It's so good to see that MAC has an employee that really wants customers to be satisfied with what they are purchasing and will be able to achieve the look they're looking for!

  Date of Visit: December 1 Time: around 8:20 PM I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit. When I entered the store, there was only one other customer, yet the employee did not greet or acknowledge me. After browsing on my own, I went to the counter to check out and asked if she could also help me find a full-coverage foundation. Instead of assisting me, she dismissed my request by saying, “You don’t need it, your skin looks perfect,” and insisted that the lighter-coverage MAC foundation I currently use should be enough. I’m writing this because this location is my regular, go-to store, and I usually enjoy visiting. I don’t want to feel ignored or dismissed when I come in, especially when I genuinely need help with products. I want to continue shopping here without feeling left out or brushed off. Overall, the lack of acknowledgment when I walked in and the unwillingness to assist me made the experience very disappointing. I wanted to take advantage of the 30% off deal but unfortunately I couldn’t.
