    I didn’t get her name but she had red hair, Anywho, the sweetest person ever. I accidentally knocked over a bath bomb while I was browsing and broke it, but she reassured me that it was all good. And then when I went up to pay for my bath bomb , she then gave me the bath bomb that I had knocked over for no charge, she then called me a queen and ugh this just proves that there are still good people in the world. To that employee just know that you made my day and that I’m grateful for you!

    I love LUSH products and I love the customer service more! I came in looking for a birthday gift and all the girls are just very very helpful! AND MONICA IS SUCH A GEM. So informed and attentive, offering me samples of any of LUSH's products and had great recommendations!
