    Last week, I encountered a gen z employee with the red dyed hair. A message to this employee: please work on your customer service skills. You are literally working a customer-facing sales associate role for Lush yet you gave so much attitude and were way too nonchalant about your service that you partially ruined the shopping experience for this customer. Do some self reflection and see how you treat the customers because you're not giving. If I were at McDonald's I wouldn't give a damn, but I was at Lush, so please work on your customer service skills like you are at Lush. Period.

    I didn’t get her name but she had red hair, Anywho, the sweetest person ever. I accidentally knocked over a bath bomb while I was browsing and broke it, but she reassured me that it was all good. And then when I went up to pay for my bath bomb , she then gave me the bath bomb that I had knocked over for no charge, she then called me a queen and ugh this just proves that there are still good people in the world. To that employee just know that you made my day and that I’m grateful for you!
