I also stated I wanted it longer than the image I showed. As she was cutting, I noticed it was a bit shorter than I asked. I left and when I got home I realized she cut way shorter than I had asked for, going even shorter than in the image! The layers were uneven as well and very blunt. Very upset with this and will not be returning.

The lady cutting the hair was really rude and violent with my hair. Bot edges are uneven now. The lady cutting my hair was pulling the hair off the top of my hair while using massive scissors. She basically pulled my hair follicles out. And note that Im only 13 and I usually don’t cry but I was trying to hold it in. It was so painful. Never coming here again.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
