Went to another salon in the same complex - there's 4 or 5 - and was served without being asked for any information. I suspect the clerk may be a TFW or New Canadian and is not familiar w/ our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I will be asking my lawyer to investigate whether my rights were violated.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
