He cut the same length all over my head, even though I clearly asked for shorter sides and a different length on top. He was very polite and kind, so I have nothing negative to say about him personally, but the quality of the work was disappointing. He definitely needs to improve his skills. When you attend in-person meetings every day, a haircut like this can feel quite embarrassing.

She shaved my back of my head, took all my natural curl off and used a razor on the back of head. I have never in my lifetime nor has a hairdresser used a razor on me and cut my hair off.!!!!! The hair was so short it was like a man's stubble . I left crying. A day later I phoned the manager, Rigit and she told me to come. She fixed my hair the best way she could. Told me the hairdresser that did this had no business telling me of my preference of a haircut is not her business. Rigit gave me a way of helping me out til I get my hair back to where I want it. I went back in February and Kaala helped me alot. My hair still has a ways to go but that horrible hairdresser is still working there. By now I was hoping she would of been replaced. Im sure I wasnt her only victim. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She told me I could never have that haircut. Rigit disagreed when I showed her. Rigit and Kaala, Absolutely Awesome. Totally understood my situation and both of them are helping me out. This hairdresser has an accent and has no right telling customers of how they should have their haircut when the customer has a preference .

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
