It was not working properly. It consumed the few minutes of our time. When I mentioned to Ann that we are in a hurry she accommodate my request to immediately do the haircut for my 2 boys. Ann did for my eldest and Alexandra did for my youngest. I thought all will go well. Alexandra asked for the number of that razor or cutter that has to be used to my son, I have no clue about it. I said I am not sure but I said do the trim same as Ann’s. She shook her head. Oh my God! From there I knew she is incredibly RUDE. I kept silent. She is about to finish th me hair cut, I talk to my husband to speak with her and request if she can trim same as Ann’s way. So, he asked her. And she again SO RUDE. Unbelievable. She said, “You came here late, and you want to do me that…”. Wow! Your system took forever to register us. And if you cannot accommodate our request AT LEAST BE NICE! She has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! She did not polish my son’s haircut and leave him look unpleasant. We left the shop completely UPSET. I came back to pick my tissue box and again she was talking rudely to me from after while washing I think the mop. I am traumatize with the customer service she showed us. We will never come back there! (Ann, the Asian Lady was way nice than her! Keep her)

All the years I went salons I can say he was the best. He was funny and we could talk about anything.. lol. Will go to him again.
- RLRenee LeBlancNov 30, 20251.0I went to get a hair cut, I get there and find out that my normal stylist no longer works there so had to change to another stylist, and I should have trusted my gut and not gotten my hair cut by her. I never got the new hair dressers name, red flag number one. I have an alternative style and keep my hair in a similar fashion, the little sheet told her exactly what to do from my last stylist. She disregarded that and cut my hair how she wanted it. She pressured me into blending my under cut with the shorter layers of my hair, which I’ve had before but how she cut it completely removed the under cut and just did the top layer a little bit longer then the undercut. Then after she was “done” my bangs I notice that my bangs were choppy and straight across which isn’t what I wanted. I told her I wanted them evened out and angled. She proceeded to make them even more uneven and choppy, I told her again that’s not what I wanted or asked for and she finally “fixed” them. I get home, wash my hair, brush it, and straighten it and have fully seen the mess that is my hair. The undercut on the sides by my ears was completely disregarded, my bangs are in layers which isn’t what I wanted. Will never go back to this great clips ever again. This was a horrible experience.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
