I asked for a simple, even cut, and somehow ended up with a completely uneven mess. One side is noticeably longer than the other, and there are random, choppy layers that I never asked for. It looks like it was done by someone who had no idea what they were doing. The hairstylist didn’t seem confident or skilled at all. I kept trying to explain what I wanted, but they either weren’t listening or didn’t understand basic cutting techniques. It felt rushed and careless, and now I have to go somewhere else just to fix it. Definitely not coming back. If you’re looking for a proper cut from someone who knows what they’re doing, I’d look elsewhere.
